Setting Up Your Agent

To begin, locate Leo in your Sales folder within TeamPal. For this use case, we’ll use the GPT 4o mini model. To simplify the setup, activate the Auto option for skills. This allows Leo to automatically enable the most relevant skills for your requests. You can still select the skills manually if you want.

Step 1: Generating Leads Based on Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

The first step is to generate leads that align perfectly with your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Here’s how you can do it:

1. Prompt:

“Generate leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  1. Read the attached ICP for target characteristics.

  2. Use web search skill to scour for suitable companies that match these criteria, along with their website and LinkedIn page if available.

  3. Suggest outreach strategies and content tailored to the identified leads.”

2. Attach the ICP File:

Click the Attach file button and upload your ICP file. You can either upload it from your device or directly from Google Drive.

3. Leo in Action:

Leo uses the Document Reader and Google Search skills to analyze the ICP and return a list of potential leads, complete with their websites and LinkedIn profiles.

Step 2: Ranking Leads for Prioritization

Once you have a list of potential leads, the next step is to rank them based on their potential value to your business. Here’s how:

1. Prompt:

“Score these leads using the lead scoring system in the attached file. Sort from highest to lowest.”

2. Leo in Action:

Leo will rank the leads according to the lead scoring system from the ICP file uploaded in the first step. You’ll have a comprehensive list of leads, a thorough analysis, and points scored according to the system.

Step 3: Finding Key Decision Makers and Crafting Outreach Messages

Now that you have a prioritized list of leads, it’s time to identify key decision-makers and reach out to them. Let’s take Orchid Black, one of the qualified leads identified in the previous step, as an example.

1. Finding Decision Makers:

Prompt: “Find key decision makers of Orchid Black along with their LinkedIn profiles.”

Leo provides a personalized strategy based on the decision-makers’ profiles and company information.

Switch to Claude Sonnet (Claude 3.5 Sonnet model) for superior content creation and writing. Claude generates professional and personalized email drafts ready for your review.
